<p>Portion for one:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 table spoons of oat bran</li>
<li>1 table spoon of wheat bran</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1 table spoon of fromage frais</li>
<li>pinch of salt</li>
</ul>
<h2>Instructions</h2>
<p>Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl until they form a nice sticky mass. Warm up a pan, if you are using teflon no need for any oil. Put the bran mix on the pan and spread it thinly. For a nice effect cover the pan with a lid while cooking.</p>
<p>If you want to make more than one portion just multiply all the ingredients by the number of portions.</p>
