<p>The scales were very friendly today and after a few days of small losses I had quite a fall today. Today we went out for lunch so I guess my lunch was not 100% dit friendly. I&#8217;ve succumed to a few tiny halves of roasted baby potatos. Hope it does not affect my weight loss too much tomorrow.</p>
<p>The evening held quite a surprise in the form of the newly tried out<a href="http://protal.me/2009/11/01/oat-bran-cookies/"> recipe for protal oat biscuits</a>. The pancakes are OK, but I was craving for some other way of ingesting my 3 spoons of bran. I must say the cookies turned out so delicious even my partner want some now!</p>
