If the numbers do not add up do not panic. I have reverted to my actual diet length day numbering. I also need to shift the phases slightly do to Christmas, as protein+vegetables will make my life way easier during the holidays.

It can be quite depressing when one Christmas meal (company party) can put you back by a kg or even two – so it looks like all the time till Christmas I will spend catching up on my weight loss. Really need to start doing more exercise, as without it the pace seems to be dreadfully grinding to almost a halt.

Day 23

Breakfast

Protal cookies

Lunch

Ham and Philadelphia Extra Light

Dinner

Beef mince burgers grilled in the oven (well, without-a-bun burgers that is…)

Weight change: -0.1kg

Today was a very weird day. I was stuffing myself all day long, and yet, still felt hungry…

Egg paste

Great addition to your menu – goes well with the protal pancakes or with ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 table spoons of yoghurt or framage frais (low fat)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Hard boil eggs. Afterwards peel them and leave to cool down. Mash them into a paste with a fork andthen add in the yoghurt of framage frais and salt. Mix everything until the texture is more or less smooth.

As a variation you can try adding garlic or spring onion, etc.
