<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li>Chicken breast</li>
<li>1-2 spoons of cream cheese (like Philladelphia extra light)</li>
<li>Garlic spice</li>
<li>Oregano</li>
</ul>
<h2>Instructions</h2>
<p>Cut a pocket in the breast &#8211; you can either do it from the side or from the top.  The side cut does tend to leak more cheese and you need thicker chicken breast for it to work better.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-127" title="Chicken breast with &quot;pockets&quot;" src="http://protal.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/IMG_1511-small-400x300.jpg" alt="Chicken breast with &quot;pockets&quot;" width="400" height="300" /></p>
<p>Stuff the chicken with 1 or 2 spoons of cream cheese.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-128" title="Chicken breasts filled with cream cheese" src="http://protal.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/IMG_1513-small-400x300.jpg" alt="Chicken breasts filled with cream cheese" width="400" height="300" /></p>
<p>Spread tin foil on a baking tray and dust the middle with garlic spice. Next put the chicken on the spice and add some more garlic on top as well as some oregano.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-129" title="Chicken breasts with cream cheese and spices" src="http://protal.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/IMG_1516-small-400x300.jpg" alt="Chicken breasts with cream cheese and spices" width="400" height="300" /></p>
<p>Cover the meat with the tin foil to create a bag and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 150C. Afterwards open the foil and let it brown for another 10-15 minutes at 180C.</p>
