<h2>Ingredients</h2>

<li>turkey breasts</li>
<li>2 large leeks</li>
<li>Half a sausage</li>
<li>1 onions</li>
<li>4 min Babybel Light cheese bites</li>
<li>spices (oragano, garlic powder, basil)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Instructions</h2>
<p>Chop up the leeks into a bowl. Spread tin foil over a baking tray and sprinkle it with spices.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-183" title="Spiced baking tray" src="http://protal.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/IMG_1540-SMALL-400x300.jpg" alt="Spiced baking tray" width="400" height="300" /></p>
<p>Put the turkey pieces in and cover them with some more spice.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-184" title="Turkey breasts in spices" src="http://protal.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/IMG_1544-small-400x300.jpg" alt="Turkey breasts in spices" width="400" height="300" /></p>
<p>Throw the leek over the meat and cover up everything with the foil &#8211; you might want to punch a few holes with a knife so it is not sealed tight. Put the baking tray into the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. In the mean time frie up the onion and sausage.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-185" title="Onion and sausage ready to be fried" src="http://protal.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/IMG_1545-small-400x300.jpg" alt="Onion and sausage ready to be fried" width="400" height="300" /></p>
<p>After 30 minutes open the foil and put the fried onion and sausage on top.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-186" title="Turkey, leek and sausage goodness" src="http://protal.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/IMG_1546-small-400x300.jpg" alt="Turkey, leek and sausage goodness" width="400" height="300" /></p>
<p>Without sealing the foil put it back into the over for about 20 minutes. In the meantime you can slice the cheese bites into thin slices.</p>
<p>Once the 20 minutes is up turn the meat up-side down and lay out the cheese. Put back into the over for about 15 minutes on a grill setting.</p>
<p>Enjoy!</p>
<p><em>Notes:</em></p>
<p>- I use Polish sausages for this kind of frying &#8211; the standard English stuff has very different texture</p>
<p>- for an even less fatty option omit the sausage altogether &#8211; I like it for the extra flavour it gives though it&#8217;s not 100% diet friendly</p>
<p>- cheese is optional too (I used a low fat option here)</p>
