Ingredients

2 hard boiled eggs
2 table spoons of yoghurt or framage frais (low fat)
pinch of salt

Instructions

<p>Hard boil eggs. Afterwards peel them and leave to cool down. Mash them into a paste with a fork andthen add in the yoghurt of framage frais and salt. Mix everything until the texture is more or less smooth.</p>
<p>As a variation you can try adding garlic or spring onion, etc.</p>
