Day 9

The fish might look ok, but I don’t think my cooking efforts worked out too well. I don’t like fish much in the first place, so I guess marinating over night is going to be an obligatory action from now on…

Day 8

Fried Chicken and diet coke

Very rushed day, overslept slightly in the morning, which meant no time for breakfast. Thus the lunch was quite early. And then we were going to see Jimmy Carr in the evening, but I got home very late, so we only had about 30 minutes to eat dinner. In the end we had a bit of sinful fast food – I had some fried chicken breast strips.

No photos today because I only remembered half-way through the meal…

Day 7

Breakfast

Stir fry of steak, chicken bell peppers and onions

Gherkins and beef wrapped into a roll – with mustard and gherkin filling

The scales were very friendly today and after a few days of small losses I had quite a fall today. Today we went out for lunch so I guess my lunch was not 100% dit friendly. I’ve succumed to a few tiny halves of roasted baby potatos. Hope it does not affect my weight loss too much tomorrow.

The evening held quite a surprise in the form of the newly tried out recipe for protal oat biscuits. The pancakes are OK, but I was craving for some other way of ingesting my 3 spoons of bran. I must say the cookies turned out so delicious even my partner want some now!

My phone has been going crazy last two days – meaning I had more photos, but they seem to have been lost. Instead th stir fry via a proper camera…

I was very surprised with myself at lunch today.  I would have never thought I will enjoy a salad with a meal. Eating leaves always seemed like a waste of  a meal – me and rabbit food? That’s not happening. And there I was eating a full salad today.

Last day of pure proteins today. On my way home done lots of shopping for the veggie time ahead! I love meat and chicken, but even I was starting to get a bit bored with all the same meals. The variety of my diat is quite limited due to my lack of fondness for fish and sea food in general, so it will be nice to be able to add some vegetables now.
