I took the test on Dukan’s website and this is what it said.
Well having no clue about the French language did not help, but I guess picture do speak for themselves.
Unfortunately my Attack phase did not go as well as predicted I think it was about 2kg or even slightly less that I lost. I do think it might have something to do with the fact this is actually my second attempt at Protal – and the first time I tried I did lose around 3.5kg in the Attack phase,so I guess my body was just too well prepared for a retry…
Too bad I found out about the test a bit late – this is why my starting weight on the graph is less then when I started the diet. Interestingly enough the suggested weight for me was 63.1kg rather than the 65kg I picked myself. Though considering I’ve been quite gifted in certain body areas and have quite heavy bones I’d be happy with 65kg…

Chop up the leeks into a bowl. Spread tin foil over a baking tray and sprinkle it with spices.

Put the turkey pieces in and cover them with some more spice.

Throw the leek over the meat and cover up everything with the foil – you might want to punch a few holes with a knife so it is not sealed tight. Put the baking tray into the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. In the mean time frie up the onion and sausage.

After 30 minutes open the foil and put the fried onion and sausage on top.

Without sealing the foil put it back into the over for about 20 minutes. In the meantime you can slice the cheese bites into thin slices.
Once the 20 minutes is up turn the meat up-side down and lay out the cheese. Put back into the over for about 15 minutes on a grill setting.
Enjoy!
Notes:
- I use Polish sausages for this kind of frying – the standard English stuff has very different texture
- for an even less fatty option omit the sausage altogether – I like it for the extra flavour it gives though it’s not 100% diet friendly
- cheese is optional too (I used a low fat option here)

I think I do need to cut down on the cheese… I might not be eating that much of it, but quite often, maybe it is affecting my weight loss.

Losses like this are really rewarding. Hope I don’t gain it back tomorrow… Interestingly I checked my waist and it went down from 97cm to 91.5cm. You really don’t notice these gradual changes, if someone asked me if my size has changed I would have probably said no. But there you go, the measure does not lie…
