No matter how muc you know about the diet. Doesn’t matter that you know it works, getting back after a break was really hard. Adhering to the schedule and denying yourself the little treats. However updates are coming and I’m behaving well again.

Hi, i found your blog via Doug`s site, who was on the Dukan diet last year. The diet was featured in a newspaper today – I think I may try it, as I find it very hard to lose weight.
