Christmas break

Well what can I say. Holidays do not help keeping a diet. So any updates will be back after Christmas. I’m trying not to stray too much from the diet rules but there is no point pretending I’m properly abiding them…

Anyway, whether you are being a brave and strong diet soldier and you are keeping the diet over the Holidays or you are giving yourself a little break Merry Christmas to everyone!

    Hi,

This year I had more invitations than ever and it is difficult to follow a diet.

I am looking forward to January and I am motivated to reach my goal and to be healthy and lighter.

Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year!

I’m going to be starting protal again this year. It worked really well for me in 2007 but last year I changed jobs and got caught in a downward spiral, so I need to take action again. Anyway, the purpose of my message was to ask whether you had tried the Sainsbury’s low fat sausages, which cost about £2 for 8. They taste better than the Weight Watchers (which only include 6) and I used to eat 4 of them a day for breakfast – I never got hungry after that! Be careful not to get the reduced fat butcher’s choice ones, these are completely different. ASDA also do a cheap healthy sausage for the same price which has similar nutritional information but I never liked them as much.

Hi, good luck this time! I haven’t tried any of the sausages you have mentioned – I’m a bit of a sausage snob, and only eat Polish sausages I either bring from my home country (have half my freezer full of these chopped up into smaller portions) or get them from a local Polish store ;) However not sure that sausages are something that this diet approves of – most sausages would be high in carbs after all.
