Fried eggs with a few slices of a sausage

Protal pancake with low fat cheese spread

Dinner

Fried chicken breast stripsĀ  and a diet coke

Desert

Protal pancake with chocolate cream

Weight change: -0.5kg

The scales have been very generous today, and I have caught up with the weight from before a slight spike this week. That puts it at 5kg in about 4 weeks.
