I used turkey breast fillets as we had some in the fridge. I used a few cocktail sticks to hold the fillets together. They were a bit thin and so the cheese was wrapped up rather than held in a pocket. Very tasty and juicy. The foil works well. Cheers, Doug I made some of these this evening.
