Today was one of those days when you wake up late, and still don’t feel like you want to get up. On top of that I was lazy the night before and haven’t gotten any fall-back breakfast ready. So brunch it is then…

Now after such bad start of the day I spent most of the evening cooking. I did  a whole pot of egg paste, and prepared a chocolate cream for baking.

It’s quite interesting to try out the desert options on this diet. Although non-sugary drinks like Diet Coke are allowed I do not like their taste, so that’s no good for me. So far the chocolate pralines have turned out OK. Will see about the cream later.
