Chicken curry leftovers from the night before.
Lunch

Turkey breast grilled with a hint of lime and spring onion.
Dukan pancake from oat and wheat bran.
Dinner

Chicken breast fillets filled with extra light Philadelphia and seasoned with garlic, basil and oregano.
Desert

Two squares of Protal chocolate pralines.

One thing I find particularly hard in dieting at the moment is the lack of hot meals during lunch time. Unfortunately I no longer live five minutes from work, thus cannot just pop-in to cook or heat something up. As we do not have a microwave at work, or even a proper kitchen it boils down to the sad reality of having cold lunches…
It wouldn’t be as tough in the summer, but now with the winter coming it would have been nice to have something warm to eat.
