Day 1

Well OK, it’s not really day one… But as it happens to be the first day of the pure protein phase it seems appropriate to count it as number one. Also my first pure protein run was 9 days rather than 5 or 7 so it will make the count a bit more even.

Breakfast

Fried ham & eggs

2 fried slices of ham and 2 fried eggs

Lunch

Chargrilled chicken & gherkins

Char grilled chicken and gherkins

Dinner

Yoghurt based chicken curry

Chicken curry – chicken breast, 0.1% fat yoghurt mixed together with curry spice

Throughout the day I have been drinking water and jasmine tea. I probably need to start counting those, as I’m never sure if I have done the required amount…
